After purchasing our home, we new several projects would have to be completed prior to moving in…read more We contacted over 10 remodeling companies and after most failed to show up to bid, we found American Property Solutions, not only did they show up next day to walk the home but a bid arrived that night with a four week time frame. The home is a 2 story 3000sqft home which required all flooring to be removed (besides bathroom) and one consistent flooring installed throughout, all rooms primed and painted, the removal of a built in 'entertainment display' in the living and holes replaced plus baseboard insulation throughout. (Each room had a different wall color and flooring plus this home had a smoke smell that needed to be removed). The project started 2 days after the bid was signed and throughout the project, foremen were onsite inspecting work and they communicated throughout. Not only did they complete the project on time but to our satisfaction. I was so pleased with the work, I decided to contact them again for a small bathroom remodel. Once the date was confirmed, an email was received with an arrival time frame and the plumber was on time. With this project, a home had to be cut behind the shower as we went from Moen to Kohler-if you know, you know. Not only was this project completed to our satisfaction, you can even tell where the wall repair occurred. Highly recommend

He texts on Tuesday afternoon and says he can't make it on Wednesday and asks if I can reschedule for today at 9am. I understand things happen and we reschedule for today 9am. 8:35am I get a text saying he's not coming, it's too far, he doesn't want the job. 25 min before the agreed appt time and he sends that text. I had all of my board members lined up to attend. Now have to call and tell them. What kind of a cheap company does this? It's not like they didn't have access to GPS so he knew how far it was. If you are looking for a dependable and reliable company.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
