Right on time the Attorney came out and welcomed both us and our realtor into his office. The process was a breeze due to his advanced organization. He had pre-tagged all pages that needed signatures. On documents that needed multiple copies signed he had stacked them together but separate so I could be signing one set while my husband signed the second set and then we switched documents. We were not rushed at all and each document was carefully reviewed and explained. After signing our life away the attorney presented us with a plastic folder from the builder. It contained keys to our new home and other important information. We were asked to wait in the office for a few minutes and shortly thereafter the attorney returned with a DVD with all the signed documents loaded on it. He told us he would be filing the documents immediately after we left and he would give us a call when the house was officially ours to enter. The attorney offered to send the commission check to the realtor or offered he may wait at the office to get the check in person. He opted to wait. Within the hour after our appointment we received the call from both the attorney and our realtor that the process was complete. Thanks for making what could be an overwhelming process a very positive experience. If we need similar attorney services in this region we would use Joseph C Hearne II again without question.

I trusted this firm to handle a closing on a home I was trying to purchase, and first of all, six days before closing, when they ran the title search, they failed to disclose a lien on the property to me or my agent. The seller ended up deciding they couldn't pay off the lien, and advised Boyles Law Firm they needed to delay the closing. Their staff was not even courteous enough to call to tel me, instead I received an email approximately one hour before the scheduled closing. The sale ended up falling though, and I lost hundreds of dollars in deposits and moving costs (in addition to what was lost due to the seller's breach of contract) because of this firm's failure to disclose a HUGE lien. I trusted this firm to help me buy my first home, and was sorely disappointed. The staff showed no empathy or concern for their screw up, so now I avoid this office, and their staff every opportunity I get. I wish I had seen the bad Google reviews before selecting this firm. Lesson learned.
