That is very unusual in the service industry in my experience. Regarding his work, he was very efficient. I could tell immediately he was experienced and knew what he was doing. He told you up front what he felt you could expect from his work. In my case I had a large dent on the rear bumper of my new Telluride. Someone had hit my car hard while I was parked and they were turning into a parking space beside me. Joe thought he could get the dent out but the way it was hit and where it was hit the job was a little complicated. Joe took his time working to remove the dent for almost a couple of hours but in the end he got the dent out. He even buffed out the scuffs on the fender from the hit. He even helped with the touch up painting of the scratches left from the accident which I am not sure was part of his quote. If you have an issue, I highly recommend you give him a call.
