The only cons - it clumps easily and is difficult to digest when mixed with milk. PlasmaJet delivers a great pump but unfortunately gave me headaches (like a moderate percentage of other users) so I stopped taking it. My favorite Gaspari product, Novedex XT, was discontinued. I hope a similar product will be introduced soon.
