I needed someone to deliver and pickup a few heavy-ish items for me on short notice and Richmond Express did just that. After giving them the details, they were at my door in less than two hours. Excellent, professional service and quick, same-day turnaround! The process was as simple as giving them the addresses and they handled the rest. Pricing was very reasonable considering I had items picked up and delivered to two separate locations. I would not have been able to do it myself! I will recommend them to everyone!

I was to be promoted to LTC/05 as a US Army Combat Engineer. I cannot go into detail, but suffice it to say, I was screwed, glued and tattooed! Zero to hero over nite. My last resort was federal court (no, not a poet). As a pro se litigant, I was/am responsible for everything I need for presenting properly (and hopefully, successfully) in federal court. I even had to sign an affidavit swearing I had no help from counsel. This also meant I was responsible for serving the summonses to several defendants. This was where MTG Process Servers and Mike Gwaltney came into the picture. Their organization was recommended to me by a local atty. Mike was thorough at every turn. His organization was professional and very timely. He knew of my challenges with my pro se endeavor. He knew of the time constraint placed upon me. I would not recommend using this process service for the following reasons:…read more The papers (for a divorce) I sent them for service included a picture of the person to be served ("servicee") The servicee complained that the person who served her spent 10 minutes hitting on her and telling her that she looked better than her picture. When I complained, the manager or owner just flatly denied it. (I argued that if untrue how did the servicee know the process server even had a picture of her.) It took about 10 days for them to return the paperwork (they were busy) and the picture was not included. When I requested the picture, I was told by Tony that because the picture was deemed "sensitive," it was unilaterally shredded. (They could have and should have called to enquire whether or not I wanted the picture returned.) IN MY OPINION, they are very unprofessional, incompetent, and uncaring. NEVER again would I use their services.
