If I could give no stars I would! We are long time customers and always get late deliveries. We called 10 days ago, well before the snow storm and just today got propane delivered after requesting to speak to a manager. We called daily. They charged us before they even knew what was needed in the tank. We were told daily we were "on the list." This is the most incompetent provider I've ever encountered. We were left with no propane for heat or stove use with two children during a snow storm and after. Highly recommend ANY other company. read more

This company has the worst most ridiculous company policies I have ever experienced. We were at fault for having had a bill go past due. It went to collections. This we admit to being very very bad on our part. With that we admit and understand. No problem with that we had to pay and extra $100 + to the collection agency. Our fault and totally understandable. We were told that when the collection was paid, we could get fuel again but on a prepaid basis. Ok, no problem. Completely understand that. The problem is that when all this was met, they refused to do business with us EVEN on a prepaid basis! Now we are talking about fuel needed for heating. Low temp of 18 degrees.
