The second call resulted in him responding saying he would do the quote on a specific day and call me back. It's been a week and I have t heard from him. I called his office again and left a message. I can't recall if I initially requested a quote from their web site or not. In any event, I called their office and the person answering the phone took down my particulars, warning me it might be a day or two until Jules would be able to return the call. I hadn't heard back after a week. I called again, mentioned the earlier message, more particulars were taken and more sincere promise of a return call was given. Still no response. I called again a few weeks after that. Nothing! I called yet another time, voiced my frustration and was told Jules would be made aware that this was my fourth call, would take the matter very seriously and would definitely get in touch with me ASAP. Guess what?... I still haven't heard from him. The person who'd originally suggested we use J.L. Dufour was surprised and disappointed by our story. Its a shameful way to treat customers and a shameful way to run a business... and one has to think, reflects on the quality of the actual roofing work they do.
