Terrible customer service. This business is run by one person who does't carry much inventory and treats customers poorly. This happened more than once. I thought maybe the first time was a bad day. He said he could do 7 plaques in 2 weeks and then was annoyed when I ordered because he also got other orders at the same time (not my problem). Don't know how he stays in business. read more
