My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. All I know now is that I'm out almost $200 with no results whatsoever. Maybe some clients don't care about spending money for nothing but I definitely do and I'm definitely unhappy.

They charge for the entire 6 week program up front and don't let you know this until you are at the window checking out. This is also when two or three office staff speedily go through three bags of supplements and a three pack detox that you begin at home along with "loading". They said they have a team of people to support their customers throughout the process. So far, I find this to be untrue. I had so very much reading to do at home, a log to make to keep track of everything. They don't show you how to do a shot or fill the syringe. They give you a booklet. Additionally, I never heard back from the office regarding the three mic shots that are missing. At this point I am less impressed than prior. There are other weight loss programs out there that are much more attentive and extremely lower in cost. They don't charge all at once and then you leave you hanging to fend for yourself. Additionally, beware: this office is only open 3 days a week. Monday, Thursday, Friday. I opted out and after some discussion they did refund all but the materials I had received as part of the started kit. She told me she could not provide Tirepatide injections because they will no longer be available, yet I am seeing them at other providers. She then switched gears and blamed my hormones on my weight gain. I have never had any issues with menopause or hormones but trusted her expertise. She had me on hormone replacement and Semaglutide and still no weight loss. Once I stopped her injections of semaglutide, her attitude towards me changed dramatically. She was irritated over any question I had for her about billing or products. My pharmacy stated she was very rude to them when they questioned a prescription strength. She upped my hormone meds and now I am experiencing noticeable hair loss. When I spoke with her about this, she told me no other woman she has treated has this issue so the best thing to do is stop taking the medications. I feel if I am not paying for her weight loss products, she could care less about trying to help me.
