I also inquired how you preferred your payment so that I could make that arrangement (downloaded Zelle App) and again you never came, nor called or texted to cancel. Yes my husband did tell you that he had just recently paid someone else and that is what lead us to find someone else. This is why we went to Yelp to find other pool cleaners, and yes that is why we both contacted you. I gave you my address and asked if you could come after 12 noon. I was willing to reschedule, even after you didn't show up on Monday. I doubt that you were going to reschedule if I hadn't texted you on Sunday. Both my husband and I never place negative reviews for local businesses, but your response to his review is abhorrent. I hope you learn to better respect your prospective clients.
