The owner is soft spoken, kind, genuine, and trustworthy. There was no pressure to buy a car, and he always did what he said he would do. We bought a used 2010 Nissan XTerra for my son's first car. When I returned from the second test drive, the owner already had all the paperwork filled out and ready for me to sign -- he thought ahead and saved me valuable time. When my bank decided at the last minute they were not going to give me the loan, the owner stepped in and helped me quickly get a loan at a local credit union. We did have one issue after the purchase, and the owner was genuinely concerned and took care of the problem at his own expense! I couldn't believe it, since the car was sold "as is"!
