Taylor provided me with the option of a retail quote or submitting the damages to insurance. My wife and I selected to go with the insurance route as our home had been in multiple storms since we bought it. Taylor was at my home when I called the insurance company to file the claim and Drake met the roofing adjuster on site during the damage inspection required by the insurance. Drake also submitted all of the required documentation to the insurance to get the claim processed is a speedy matter. They even sent me photos of the completed work as I was offsite and called the next morning to make sure I was happy with the work they put in.
