Awesome set up and service. Teddy was our salesman. Low pressure, informative only and we now have 16 panels. Our electric bill is less than $10 a month not including Xcel service fees that average around $12. And in this heat too. We have a 2400 SF, two story home. When we had hail damage last year, they showed up removed everything, the roofers came in and finished in a day and Atlasta was right on their heels and re-installed everything. Service or questions are always promptly answered. Best thing we ever did for our home. I love the Enphase program that we use to monitor the system with our cell phones. We had solar installed just over 5 years ago and until we received an electric bill in October we were very satisfied. After receiving the bill in October we immediately reached out to Atlast only be dismissed with a "it must be your internet, but we will watch it". It had not been producing since January/February. We took the initiative to contact Enphase directly who were very helpful and ran diagnostics remotely. Unfortunately the 5 yr warranty on the gateway ran out 2 weeks prior (about the same time I first contacted Atlasta) Meanwhile Atlasta had yet to send a tech to check the issue. We worked with Enphase to get a new gateway and they covered it under the warranty (thank you Enphase). So a tech finally arrives mid November to install the new gateway only to determine that some of the micro inverters are not working. The tech was very nice and said he would watch it and if things weren't working he would get back to us in a couple of days. It has now been nearly two weeks and they have yet to show up to the appointment they scheduled. And good luck getting them on the phone. It is easy to sell solar with lots of promises they can't keep. The customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them based on this experience. After nearly $700 in electric bills we are still waiting for them to fix our solar and make it right. read more

Our solar was finally installed and was just turned in. Installation went quickly and everything went smoothly. The company listened to our concerns and they have now gone above and beyond to make things right and I can respect that. Not everyone gets things right the first time but they have worked hard to earn back our trust and as of today we are happy with our install. read more

DO NOT USE ATLASTA SOLAR!!! I have never been treated so rudely & condescending by a business than I have by Atlasta Solar. When my project was delayed, the first time, I simply asked them to let me know when details of their plan changed, such as the timeline,which it did several times. We were initially told the install would take place in May. It was almost the end of June when I finally was able to speak to a live human being. After leaving several voice mails with no return call, and several weeks after the initial promised install date, I finally spoke to Teddy again who informed me the delay was Excel Energy's fault because they required two reviews of our plan. This was news to me as this was never discussed in my initial meeting with Teddy. Now, during this conversation, Teddy not only completely ignored my legitimate concerns, he literally spoke OVER me. He said things like, "well we could call you every day and tell you the same thing over and over," and "you're not the only customer who has to wait," and "we have over 200 other customers we are working with right now," WHICH was a lie because when I later spoke to the owner the number was closer to 100. Which, again, is not my problem. If the office personnel treat their customers in this rude and condescending manner, I can only assume the installers also have the same attitude. I also question the actual chart I was given that shows usage and output. The math did not add up at all. They were about to install insufficient, 2nd rate panels which would not have offset my electric usage to a zero balance, meaning I would be paying for solar panels AND Xcel energy to cover the remaining usage. I refuse to continue a business relationship with this highly unprofessional organization or giving them tens of thousands of dollars for the next 20+ years. read more

After months of requesting to be removed from their calling list and text message chains and telling them this behavior is abrasive, Cameron calls once again because it's the beginning of a new week. While explaining once again that this is unacceptable and to stop calling me, Cameron ends the phone call mid sentence. No apology, no assurance to fix the problem, just hangs up. So I called the number back to ensure I am removed from their system and am sent straight to his personal voicemail. Very unprofessional behavior.
