Judging by their social media presence and their shop fronts, as well as reading other one and two star reviews, they are clearly good at branding and marketing but terrible at customer service and delivery. So if you want pretty glasses but can tolerate incompetent and dubious service, knowing you'll never be able to speak to a human at the company for help beyond the shop floor, at least go in with your eyes open.
