Auto Esa refused to cover anything and in the end, I had to change it by myself. What is more regrettable, is that they are unmounting parts of the car (tow hitch in my case), in order to decrease the value of the car. Unfortunately, this reduces the safety of the car. Technical inspection has detected the impact absorbing ream bumper was missing (most probably unmounted together with the tow hitch)
