I went today to try washing my truck and it took my first bill but wouldn't take any others. I fed at least 8 different $1 bills in the machine and none worked. Both sides of the machine wouldn't take the bills. So since I only had $1 in coins I couldn't really do anything. But I looked in my pocket and had a few more quarters. Then I noticed you need at least $3 to start the machine. Many other car washes are $1.50 or $1.75. I'll probably try again but this first visit didn't impress me much.

In December, I went through the car wash and something struck my windshield, causing a completely smashed area and a large crack across the front windshield. I immediately pulled around to the office and reported what happened. I was asked to fill out a damage report, and staff took photos of the damage. The office manager reviewed the video footage and told me he clearly saw where it happened and that the company would be in touch within a week to take care of it. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeatedly followed up both by phone and by stopping in three separate times, but was never given an answer or a contact name or number for ownership or corporate. Today, when I called again, the manager simply said the claim was denied. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. My wife and I have canceled our service and will never use this company again.

Conventional oil changes start at $35.99 and include a bevy of more service than your standard oil change. They check and top off all the fluids, check lights, tires, and even vacuum your floors. When you're all said and done, there is a free car wash to boot. Staff is incredibly helpful and don't really try to sell you too many extras like other shops. Air filter was definitely bad but the attendant said it wasn't "pressing." I decided to change the filter anyways. Will definitely return.

Everyone whom I encountered were very professional and most definitely struck me as hard working. Granted, I'm pretty sure it's reasonable to consider they were money (tip) motivated.
