I hired them to fix a leak that was coming into the office in my house. David came an diagnosed the problem and they quoted me $2k to do some caulking, which is a rip off but If it solved the problem I was ok with it. The issue was not solved, water still came into the office. They sent David again, and he diagnosed a different problem this time, and now they want to me to another $2.5k to do more caulking with "no guarantee" that it will fix the problem. The previous $2k were wasted. Whatever you do, do not use these guys.
