He was super friendly, honest, was there when we needed him and gave us space when we needed to think about things. We set up a delivery and the gentlemen who came were Zeke and Carlos. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Also very strong, they couldn't quite make it up our long driveway so had to carry our furniture a good bit of way to the house. They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Overall excellent customer service from the time we walked through the barn doors to the time the delivery guys left our house. We got a great deal on nice furniture, I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing to purchase furniture.

I do not know yet. The website and it's lack of information on the pieces I was interested in and the "call for best price" and "request more information" forms to be emailed what I need to know (and giving them my email address in the process) was enough to put me off. Well, 6 months rolled by and we were told it would be at least another 2 months. So I finally decided to cancel the order and asked if they would split the deposit with me (I was only asking for 1/2 the deposit amount back) - they told me no. I can't imagine the person making it had it made and/or not even had the wood yet for the project and even if they had the wood, it could have been used for another order from someone else. Just make sure if you purchase something you really want it and are willing to wait for it for a long time. We were very disappointed that they would not work with us at all on the partial deposit refund. Not good customer service or way to keep a potential future customer.

In November 2025, I purchased a custom King Live Edge Black Walnut Platform Bed from Woodland Creek Furniture with White Glove delivery and assembly. The bed was delivered in March 2026, but it arrived without the platform component required to support the mattress. A month later, a platform was shipped separately via FedEx Freight. A 500+ pound crate was left at the base of our driveway, requiring us to dismantle the crate, move the heavy platform into our home ourselves, and attempt installation. The platform did not fit the bed. Woodland Creek later acknowledged that the platform was the wrong size and even the wrong wood type. A replacement platform was then manufactured and delivered via White Glove service. Unfortunately, the replacement platform also did not fit the bed. At that point, after multiple delivery attempts and months of delays, we decided to keep the first incorrect platform we received and hire a local vendor to modify it ourselves in order to make the bed usable. Throughout the process, customer service representatives were polite and responsive. My frustration is not with the individuals I communicated with, but with Woodland Creek's inability to provide a correctly fitting platform after multiple attempts and the company's decision that a $200 refund was sufficient compensation for the inconvenience. What disappointed me most was the disconnect between the product description and the explanation I later received from management regarding the platform construction. The product page states that "a matching walnut platform is crafted," yet I was later told that the mattress support is typically constructed from OSB. As a customer purchasing a premium handcrafted walnut bed, that was not what I expected. The bed itself is beautiful, but the ordering, delivery, and resolution process fell far short of what I would expect for a purchase of this size. I hope Woodland Creek improves its quality control and customer resolution process so future customers do not have a similar experience.

In February we spent 2200.00 on living room furniture. I found a chair that I liked and they said I could choose a fabric as well offered to have the chair swivel. Which I liked . After 6+ weeks it was delivered. The chair was completely unsafe for me! It came as a GLIDER! When I stand up to get my walker the chair goes backwards making me fall!!Extremely DANGEROUS!! I would NEVER EVER Get a glider! I didn't ask for a glider. Glider and Swivel are 2 totally different things. We went back to the store 2 days later and they refused to take it back! They refused to help in ANY WAY! I am a disabled woman I feel Lied to and deceived! They will never see another dime of my money! SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THEM! I have contacted my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. ACLU is next.
