My attorney took care of her responsibilities immediately following. McCarthy hadn't even verified an IRA that my husband agreed to return to me as it was paid for with inheritance from my parents. I finally contacted my attorney to ask what was the hold up. Apparently, that call is what reminded McCarthy that he still had work to do. Today is Nov 7, 2024. That's 6 months beyond divorce finalization. Mr. McCarthy still hasn't even figured out how to get the information he needs to finish HIS JOB.
