It looks fresh and very well kept, with a beautiful fountain in the middle. The owners, Francis and Delphine, are very friendly and you can see the passion in their eyes. The food was simply delicious. Their specialities are traditional French food and pizza in a stone oven. We had the "cotelettes d'agneau" with "gratin dauphinois" and the "Entrecote a la crème et aux champignons", both tender and very tasty . To finish up, we had homade profiteroles that were to die for!!! You HAVE to eat there if you are passing by. You will not be disappointed.

Recently renovated, its lovely and clean inside and very importantly for rural France the toilets are clean and modern! The menu is short and accessible. One or two dish of the day, a selection of salads and pizzas and a couple of fish and meat dishes. The staff are LOVELY and everything is made in the restaurant and is delicious. It is also very reasonable. 2 mains, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine came out at less than €40. The salade chevre chaud is to die for and this is a lot coming from someone who had that as their only veggie option for 3 years living in Paris and doesn't even like goats cheese! We visited Nice, St Tropez, Burgundy and Paris and still this was our favorite meal. The 4 course meal was delicious and so reasonably priced. If I could return one day I would. Until then, I will continue to dream about the foie gras, the goat cheese, the veal, the desserts, and even the complimentary fish dip at the beginning of our meal was amazing.
