Pierre's son is the chef and Pierre is the pit master on a grill of hot wood coals - cooked and seasoned our beef to perfection. Mushroom sauce and french fries were great too! The caprese was perfect and came out in a nice presentation on the plate. The entree also came with a salad, fries and string beans, all of which were very, very good. The dessert was also a great ending to the meal. We were also given mini cookies and creme brulees at the end of the meal, which were just as good, if not better, than the other desserts we ordered.
