If you want a really good for a price that is hardly more than for moules frites elsewhere (20 euros), come here for lunch. Come here either way, just to figure out what you missed until now. Yes, they don't take dogs here, like all good restaurants. A single 1-star rating of a silly dog owner destroyed the average rating of this restaurant which is too bad.

The food is really good traditional food from Normandie. The menu is awkwardly translated in english but it helps, and it is always appreciated when restaurants reach out to their non-french-speaking customers. According to the locals, the restaurant has some kind of connection with the butcher whose shop is right next door. As a consequence, the meat is always excellent. There is a nice terrace, service is polite, calm and efficient. It can get a little more expensive outside of this menu, but it seems worth it. Only negative aspect from my experience: since it's probably perceived as a somewhat pricey restaurant, the other customers were all at least 55 years old. I felt like I was the only customer who did not have grandchildren!
