She met my mom halfway with French and English and she didn't blink an eye when we wanted to share one gallette (savory) and one crepe (sweet). We ordered the 'Nordique' (smoked salmon, dill, potato, lemon) and it was excellent. There was plenty of salmon - enough to reconstitute a fillet on a dinner plate - and the buckwheat crepe flour was nice and tangy. Then for dessert, a blueberry jam.
