Rip-off??? My…read morehusband who is Italian decided to give it a try this evening and brought home two parmigiana di mellazane. Although shocked by the price of the portions we were looking forward to a delicious dinner... to our surprise we discovered that the cook seemed to have confused the recipe making 2/3 of the ingredients of cheese which moreover seemed to be of very low quality... the amount of this cheese would justify the elevated weight (over 1kg for two portions...) and thus the exorbitant price (as it is charged per kg...) Very dissapointed... wrong recipe, unjustified prices.
