Both were super unique and I couldn't choose a favorite. Sumac to finish a cocktail? Wow. I could not possibly recommend Assanabel enough. The food here was exceptional. For starters, we got their tabbouleh, stuffed grape leaves, and the pita with cheese and peppers. We had the chicken shawarma for an entree - stellar. Tender, well-seasoned. Not a single complaint.
