Their steak haché, and half their french fries, were not hot at all. (But the other half were very hot?) My appetizer didn't come out until my partner's entree. And neither were very good. We ended up leaving early and getting food elsewhere. Our waitress was doing the best she could given the restaurant was packed, there were only 2 servers handling all front-of-house duties, and the kitchen was so unreliable. They need more servers!! I'm trying to understand how this could happen given the good reviews. I bet the head chef recently quit and took people with him, and the management is just trying to keep the restaurant going. And it's a great location, they can still make money. But it won't last long like this...

My friend found this particular restaurant, and I'm beyond grateful. The raclette came with boiled potatoes, bread, and salad. They bring out half a wheel of cheese. The charcuterie meats were nice thin cuts with great flavor and the smokiness paired super well with the melty salty cheese along with the soft pillowy potatoes Scraping the heated melty cheese onto the plate and quickly enjoying the combination of flavors, temperatures, and textures was so exciting and fun! The wine (Crozes-Hermitage for local regional wine) was excellent, as well Santé, Dédé!
