This place really took me by surprise. They had so many green and healthy options. My plate was yummy. I can't remember the name of the bowl I got but it was vegan and with falafel. Very flavorful. The cashier was very kind and was excited to offer their bread rolls (These things are so amazing btw). Things seemed to be spaced out with COVID and hand sanitizer is right at the door. About the only criticism I could make -- and it is significant to those who care to order online -- is that their online ordering process is a bit clunky and misleading. For example, in the online process for ordering bowls it appears that dressings are a required part of the order when, in fact, the dressings are an extra cost and there is not an option to have the dressings served on the side. I usually love Aubergine. Their food is great, and normally, they have great portions. When I went today, I got the sweet potato starter, and the açaí dessert cup. I've gotten both of these before and was very pleased with the portions. Today however, the portions were small and sloppy, almost as if they rushed and threw 4 potatoes in a small box. In addition, the açaí dessert was put in a cup that is significantly smaller than the usual cups, and filled below half as well with 4 blueberries and a strawberry on top. It was around $11 for both of these items and I received maybe $5 worth of food. I'm sad that this happened because I loved to come here, but now I'm afraid of being ripped off, and as a college student, that's a big deal. read more

The food is fresh and flavorful. The bread options are warm and typically soft and fresh. Salads are large and filling. Most of their options are actually good for you, which is pretty uncommon in this area. Be prepared to spend at least $10 a person, even for a salad or sandwich. If you want meat or protein, expect closer to $15. Most of the staff is polite with a couple exceptions. Expect your food to take a while- smoothies and anything else not already in front of you on the line(salads and pitas) usually take 10 minutes even if the restaurant is empty. I really like this place a lot! I'm glad that Utah m County is finally starting to get more healthy restaurants popping up. I haven't eaten anything here that I did not enjoy. Their falafel in any form is phenomenal. I really like getting the falafel wrap meal with either lentil soup or the sweet potato bites. On the wrap, definitely get hummus, quinoa, chickpeas, and tizieka sauce. Both are really great side options. I also highly recommend the mint lemonade. It reminds me of the lemonade that I drank when I lived in Palestine. The falafel bowl is also really tasty, a great price point, and much more filling than it looks. I think with it being full of quinoa, that provides a lot of protein mixed with the falafel that one would look at the bowl and think there's not enough food, but there's more than enough! The service here is also really great. If you aren't too familiar with the food options that they have here, the workers will let you sample things to figure out what you like. They also have a great rewards program that is tied to your phone number, so it's easy to get points for rewards towards discounts! read more

Wow! My daughter recommended this place in a strip mall in Provo and it was awesome! If you're looking for tasty and healthy this is the place. I had the chicken almond bowl which was loaded with almond rice, chicken, roasted sweet potato wedges, and a yummy cucumber salad mix. It was topped with a tasty Tahini dressing. My one daughter had the Mediterranean salad and the other had the exotic salad which both looked awesome. Salads and bowls are served with a pita or cheese bread. Portions are big enough you could have it for two meals and prices are about average for lunch. Can't wait till they open one of these in the Sandy/Draper area. read more

I am so DONE with Aubergine. I love their healthy food options and would eat there every day if I could (but it is expensive). My issue is with their employees and management - they are the worst and most frustrating restaurant I have ever done business with and I eat out a lot. Today was the last straw - I ordered an acai bowl, salad (with extra dressing on the side) and the chicken melt sandwich. They only thing they got right was the acai bowl. The sandwich did not come with the cilantro dipping sauce which is the reason I ordered it. The salad came without ANY dressing - not the regular one or the extra one. I don't want a dry salmon salad - yuck!!! And they didn't even give me the cheese bread. So I paid nearly $60 dollars for the food and will only ate the acai bowl. There is no point of calling them - from past experience they are extremely rude and make it out to be your fault. I really can't stand them. I have introduce friends to their restaurant and have always regretted it - because they all come back with stories about how rude and slow the staff it. So I am careful never to recommend them to anyone. Please, if you don't want an irritating experience - never order delivery from them. They can't get the simplest things right. And if you go in person - about 75% of the time you will have an unpleasant experience when you interact with the staff. I once when in and ordered two identical acai bowls. The guy actually slowly made one, finished it and then started slowly making bowl # 2. He worked so slow it was unbelievable - it took him over 20 minutes to make two bowls - and he had no interruptions either. I once ordered a curbside pick up - I go there at the time the order was to be ready. Altered them, waited 15 minutes before getting frustrated and going in only to find out they hadn't even started the order - so what was the point. I even politely asked the manager about it, thinking I had done my order wrong. She just rolled her eyes at me and was irritated. They weren't even busy. If you are dead set on Aubergine it would be worth the extra effort to drive to Lehi - I have had much better service there. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Utah County. Top notch quality, flavor, and atmosphere. Where do I even begin to describe how much I love Aubergine? We used to come here every week multiple times a week until we realized we shouldn't spend all of our paychecks on food. But we still can't help it sometimes. While it's always fun to make your own salad, some of their concoctions are amazing. I highly recommend the Dream Salad and the Wild Salmon salad. Their pita sandwiches are delicious as well, very large serving but sometimes messy to eat. My absolute FAVORITE thing to eat at this place is their sweet potato bites though. Yes, that's a side dish but it is SO good. They pair it with their house made green salsa and I can eat just that for a meal. I've tried to replicate it at home so many times but it never measures up. One order of sweet potato bites is about 10 wedges which is plenty for someone like me to get full on. Now let's talk about their juice/smoothie bar. You can never go wrong if you order their Inspiration Acai bowl every time. It is SO good. And their cacao blast smoothies and any Acai smoothies are delicious as well. I think they took it off the menu (boo) but their Paradise smoothie was the best, you'd never guess there was tofu in it. I wonder if they would still make it if you asked, so far I've stuck with trying out some of the new things. And if there are any doubters out there about their gluten free, super-healthy-ingredient desserts, doubt your doubts cuz their gluten free brownie with chocolate ganache is some of the best brownies I've ever had. Very disappointing experience. This place is not cheap and yet I received terrible service and experience. I was given an attitude by the employee and after placing my order, being charged for all of it, I still didn't receive it correctly. I ordered bowls which I received half empty on one and the all of them didn't have what they were supposed to. They were missing the kale and the pickled onions as well as the pico. Literally 3 scoops of stuff they're supposed to have. Half empty bowl. I did not receive my order of potatoes which are $5 extra. I will be supporting a better local business during this pandemic.
