The price there is cheaper than the retail price outside, but I still always buy a lot when they on sale - much much cheaper. The staffs there are very nice, and one of them will bring her dog to work together :)

I almost lost $1800, I only managed to recover with the assistance of my bank, which took more than three months and required to jump through lots of hoops to prove that this business is a scam.

After…read morerecieving a single phone call about an issue I emailed about I never received replies from the company or phone calls following up the multiple calls I made to the business. It has almost been a month since the order was placed and even though the only thing that would resolve this issue is a refund they couldn't even send me the item I paid for. The most recent email I received was a direct copy and paste of their refund policy even though I had given up on a refund and made this abundantly clear. Don't shop at this retail outlet or online and hopefully you won't get ****** around like I did.

It was also really lovely to discover that all of the kittens in the store were rescue kittens that were either dumped or abandoned, and unlike the RSPCA don't euthanize any kittens that are dumped under the age of seven weeks. On the whole, a really helpful store that seems to be really down to earth, and has a good moral code.

They offer a great selection of cat food, and if you join their loyalty club, you can get 1 bag of super premium food for free for every 10 bags you purchase. You earn one point for each dollar, and get a $10 voucher for every 500 points. You also get a 25% off one item voucher for signing up. They have regular deals for members, which is good for buying food for your pet. They have grooming services for your dog or cat at this branch. They also have pet adoption services, but I've found that this shop does not get a lot of pets for adoption Pets are free to enter the store as long as they're on a leash. The late opening hours (8am to 8pm on weekdays) is also good for those of us who are at work during the day. The only bad thing I can say about this pet shop is that their accessories are a bit on the expensive side, and there are not a lot of choices for cats. Better to buy your toys and accessories online or from department stores such as Big W or Kmart. But they are definitely the shop for your pet food and pet health needs.
WORST GROOMING SERVICE EVER I took my dog in to be shaved…read morefor the warmer weather yesterday, they didn't shave him as I asked them to, they CUT him in several places and did not tell me (I understand it happens sometimes but I should have been told so I could make sure it didn't get infected) and I was charged an additional fee for extra time claiming he was difficult, every other groomer has said he behaved perfectly. If he was difficult it was because they are incompetent and cut him. Also very suspiciously he is now limping, took him to a vet and he has an inflamed shoulder not sure whether they are the cause but they did have him running around when I went to pick him up. Will never return very unhappy at the respect shown to both me and my dog.

I have been in there however, buying things for my dog and fish. They do have a fantastic range of toys and clothes, dog beds, bird cages and fish. They also have some medications for dogs: Frontline, Advantage and several others. They get quite busy and have a lot of staff that say 'I'll have to ask someone else'. That's good if you have time to wait but not if you're in there on a Saturday morning and trying to get all your shopping done in a short time.
I would never, ever buy a pet from, or support buying a pet from a pet shop, for moral reasons…read more It's common knowledge now that the vast majority of pet shops are supplied by puppy mills, which are unregulated and carry out gross violations of animal rights routinely. So for this reason, I would never recommend a pet store. However, HOW CAN YOU NOT SET FOOT IN A STORE THAT HAS PUPPIES EVERYWHERE?! I certainly can't help myself. I, too, have felt the need to buy a puppy so it can roam free in my backyard rather than be cooped up in a glass cage.. but it's a temptation we must fight, for the greater good. Anyway, the reason I like Pets Paradise is that they have a vast range of pet products, from flea and tick killer, to adorable body-leashes and collars. They have a wide range of pet food, as well as balls and chewtoys for our furry little companions to amuse themselves with. That, and the salespeople are really friendly, and seem to be invested in the welfare of the animals they keep, as evidenced by the fact that they're regularly (and rotationally) taken out of their cages and allowed to run around in little pens set up in the store, with lots of toys to play with, and people to interact with. The best part of my day is playing with a puppy or three in one of those pens.
