I would have to write a book about how expensive and poor the dental care is at this practice. He would be better as a butcher but he makes more than a top professional golfer. Making an appointment with his reception is a major effort! The reception will call your emergency contact for the slightest reason at any time. They rang my dear old mum at 8am to change my time as my phone was out of range for 10 mins going to my appointment. Don't bother calling as if his dental nurse pulls a sicky then he pulls his receptionist in and to hell with your call! You'd think at 300 a half hour which seems to be his minimum rate he would call an agency and shell out 300(half an hours work) to get a receptionist for a day. All this guy is interested in is how quickly he can become a multi-millionaire. GIVE THIS GUY A BIG MISS OR YOU WILL BE BROKE AND SORRY!

Due to a location change, I recently had to visit another dentist. He came highly recommended and was very competent, but he was a little rough, didn't have the best bedside manner, and said that I needed a bunch of very expensive preventative work. I realised then how good I'd had it with Dr Clarke and his lovely, experienced team. They are honest about what needs to be done, but don't go crazy suggesting work that may or may not be required. All the dentists there are noticeably super experienced, which puts even the biggest scaredy cat at ease. And everyone is so cheerful and pleasant, I've never really felt like going to the dentist is a chore. I've removed a star only because of the wait time; even as a 25-year patient, I still have to book kind of far in advance, and it can be tricky getting in at short notice - particularly during school holidays. But if you are the type to plan out your dentist appointments, you'll be AOK. Overall, highly recommend the whole team, especially Dr Clarke.

Good because you don't have to pay her, bad because she is your mom. I did my obligatory cross searching across in the internets and came to the conclusion I needed to come here. I entered and it felt like I was in a modern spa sort of place. The people were all quite friendly, one was REALLY friendly. The dentist I didn't see for that long, but he was very straight forward and approachable, I will have a better feeling when I get my xrays next time. My hygenist was young, friendly and did a good job on being gentle even with the sonic teeth cleaner thing. As a first time patient you get a nice candle ( I know, it was a little weird but hey a nice free candle is always appreciated) a bunch of travel toothpaste, gum and other stuff. Overall I was exteremly satisfied, the only thing I can complain about is that it felt *slightly* rushed. Maybe because the office, which is in two seperate parts of the building was larger and had more staff than I have been used to. I am very happy with this ultra modern dentist and felt like they hire friendly knowledgeable people. Time will tell if it continues to refine its services or if it declines and tries to pump as many people as possible through its doors. I am hoping for the former.

I've always wanted to get my teeth straightened but never took the plunge because nobody wants to be train tracks at 26! Rob was really great explaining what Invisalign was and all its benefits - he was honest and answered all my questions directly and never made me feel pressured into committing to anything. I've decided to put Invisalign on hold for now but was impressed enough with my appointment to book a clean here. Good dentist and even better customer care, would highly recommend Rob.
