It sends three times the cheer!" This arrangement was chosen as I support local florists and found that this florist offered a basket that honored exactly what the deceased loved; gardening and bird watching. I was shocked and mortified at what was actually delivered. There was never a call from the florist communicating that they did not have any of the items listed and would need to make substitutions. If that had happened I can assure you that a butterfly with a black x of tape across the back, pussy willows and a nose diving dove would never have been requested. Daffodils will never replace roses. When I called the shop thinking there had to have been a mix up- the woman I spoke to was very satisfied with her work, she stood firm behind defiant and all the while a man was screaming in the background. She did offer to send a bouquet of flowers to the recipient, I declined as I am fearful what would have been delivered. At one point they even said they would go pick the arrangement up from a grieving widow- what sort of customer service would even suggest that? You either make it right or you don't. They chose not to by stating what was sent was comparable to what I ordered. Let my $116 order and the photos uploaded help you chose who you order bereavement arrangements from in the future. Very unfortunate to have to experience such horrible customer service especially under the circumstances for which the order was placed. Buyer beware. Update: after my phone call- they added a disclaimer to their website about substitutions. Why order from a florist who now basically states "you get what you get and don't get upset" So very sad. Update part 2 - we recreated the original basket on our own with the help from Michaels and a couple of local florists who were mortified when the saw what has now been dubbed "the do it yourself Easter arrangement" Like if you paid to go to a beginners floral class as Michaels and you chose an item from each station to fit into your $3 basket. There are good people willing to help under sad circumstances. I hope the owner takes this feedback and does better. Bereavement flowers NEVER should have looked like that. Ever.

I shared my vision of a unique, mushroom and moss themed bouquet for my wedding day. Sharen imediately started coming up with idea after idea for me. A few months later I met with them for a consult at the Oxford location. Sharen and her daughter helped me through so many choices including picking the exact color roses. She special ordered preserved shelf mushrooms for the bouquets and found adorable foam mushrooms for the boutonniere . The pricing was the best I found especially for such unique items! On the wedding day they delivered and set up several gorgeous arrangements as well as the wedding party's items and of course my bouquet. The website said, "In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated," as substitutions of flowers may happen because of seasonality and market conditions. That I could have accepted. However, they did not put in any of the flowers that were supposed to be in the middle of the heart (there were only flowers covering the heart-shaped easel), and they did not include the lilies, as pictured. I ordered the Premium arrangement, which was listed at $425. With tax and delivery, they charged me $497.25. It was in no way worth that kind of money. When searching for an arrangement, I saw heart-shaped ones with only the outside rim of the heart covered in flowers for about half the price. But I chose this one thinking that it would be as ordered. It was not. It made a very solemn occasion even sadder.

I chose Jeff specifically because he seemed not only experienced but also interested in working with nontraditional arrangements and unusual textures, and he DELIVERED. Our wedding followed a nature/forest theme in olive green and plum purple. With our theme, florals/plants were really important - they were central to the look we wanted and they brought everything together. I asked Jeff to focus mostly on greenery, with plum and white florals to accent and make the colors pop, and I asked him to bring in a variety of interesting textures of plants - leaves, seed pods, buds, ferns, anything fun that he could find. He brought us so much more than I expected! Our bouquets included these really cool scabiosa pods which I'd never seen before but immediately fell in love with, among so many other textures that all came together beautifully. He also brilliantly executed the organic, naturally growing look that I was hoping for, making the bouquets and decor gorgeously asymmetrical and perfectly imperfect - just what I wanted. Not to mention, he made the entire process super easy (which is SERIOUSLY APPRECIATED when planning a wedding)!! Jeff did a fantastic job with our florals, and I could not recommend him more. I hadn't seen many examples of the type of bouquets and decor I wanted, but Jeff was able to bring my vision to life anyway, even better than I ever expected. Thank you again, Jeff - I cannot wait to see the photos from our photographer (I will update this review with pics once I get them!!).
