Totally unacceptable and I will go to St.Joseph where they answer the phone and I can talk to a live person and leave messages. I was in the hospital for 7 days in March. My care was excellent at times and Fair at others. I was treated quickly and appropriately in the ECU. The Doctors there were competent and professional. My care by Doctors on the floor was compassionate respectful and competent. Nobody likes to be in a hospital but I would recommend this one...and have. read more

The Er was extremely attentive, kind, and understanding. I received the care I needed even with a lapse in insurance. They took good care of me while keeping my comfort zone in mind best to their ability. I am grateful. read more

You sit there for hours while the place fills up with people, they take so long just to get someone in, I've been there multiple times even with blood dripping down my face and sat there for hours, they pay attention to peoples issues and don't realize that not everytime it's a stomach bug when there could be mental issues causing it.. this place should not be recommended and needs more staff and more rooms. read more

Went in for a bad injury to a finger. The intake person kept asking me the same question over again, without any indication that she was aware of doing it. She was about as detached as a person can be. The PA was rather snooty, and used medical terms instead of layman's terms. I could understand them, but not everyone can! He would leave the room with no explanation, and not say when or if he would return. He didn't seem at all compassionate to my pain level. The only saving graces were the nurse who came to bandage my wound, and the radiology nurse. They were very nice. read more

Dear God how is this place still open. They don't know a migrane from a concussion. These doctors here are God awful, I swear the d students from med school end up here. They are obsessed with giving opoides to the wrong person, while they avoid giving the actual sick people medicine. The doctors need to learn what bed side manner is and actually check thier patients instead assuming most of them want opoides...diagusting, this place has mid diagnosed people and hurt plenty due to their stupidity, they have no idea what a shunt is or even transport people due to a shunt malfunction, sad excuse for a hospital, due to their mis diagnosis, it out my wife's life on hold and I had to lose overtime pay due to thhiwr idiocy, she asks for tylenol, and these retards think she wants fetonly... Completely disgustibf hospital, they need to restock doctors who know what an addict is and actually give a crap about thier patients.
