The nurse actually mistook her with another child with a very similar name and my daughter got an injection of anesthesia which she never ever deserves to. She doesn't have cavity but that child does. Although the doctor apologized right away and promised they would call both first name and last name, but I had not seen any changes from then on. Besides, the attitude of the front desk towards this accident was very arrogant, saying that everyone makes mistakes and their clinic always servers good and suggested me looking for somewhere else ( I did switch to somewhere else later), I am just feeling very disappointed and upset about this experience. Seriously, it is malpractice and medical negligence! I hope it won't happen to any other children.

How dare you. Then they say they won't take my boyfriend anymore because he is "too much." How do you expect to work with humans, who are all different and go through completely different experiences in life, and not show the smallest bit of grace to someone who may struggle more or have a fear of dentists. Better yet, how do you completely drop a patient because of one appointment. You've shown them why they should be scared. If I could give a negative stars I would because honestly I was shocked at the level of apathy and lack of understanding. I am also APPALLED by the disrespect and ignorance shown by this dentist. Grow up and realize that everyone reacts differently. If you can't handle one person who is in pain and anxious maybe you should find a more suitable profession for narcissists.
