What a vile old man who I assume owns this place. This is my 2nd time here as my first time was such a bad experience I decided to give them a 2nd chance (bad decision) simply wanted the back of my watch removed was rudely told "we dont do that ...we do a proper job" WTF.
I was willing to pay for the job the woman that worked there then stepped in and explained politely that they did not have the tools to do the job and I appreciate her attitude but in my opinion do not go here there is a great place at Atrium on elliot called Quick Fix Shoe Repairs they also fix watches 3rd floor DO NOT go to Auckland watch repairs just the worst. read more
