Where do I start... buyers beware? I am extremely disappointed in Audi Seattle and their business conduct. I feel straight robbed out of hard-earned money. 26,900 out the door for a lease. I was trading in an old car for a safer car as my wife and I had recently welcomed a baby girl to the world. After talking lease details with a family friend on my new 2025 Q5, they expressed serious concern and I then learn how screwed over I was. I worked on leasing a 2025 Q5 PHEV from Alex (Internet Sale Manager) for Audi Seattle, and it's become clear that it's not normal at all for a lease to require $26,900 out the door. They took my trade in, Audi rebates, Federal rebate for EV, and said I still needed to put another 5k down to get the monthly "nice low monthly" price I am paying. Alex and Audi Seattle buried 26,900 (rebates/trade-in/down payment) in the lease details while also marking up money factor despite my excellent credit (~800). After said friend reviewed my lease and suggested plugging into ChatGPT, it only confirmed I'm paying $1200 per month effectively. If I were to buy this car at the end it would cost me almost 72k total. How this is legal is beyond me. Talk about a lapse in standard business conduct and ethics. read more

I am naturally a very untrusting person when it comes to cars but Graham is by a landslide the most knowledgeable and trustworthy service leader I've ever met. I have been to Audi Bellevue and Audi Tacoma, I prefer Audi Seattle any day. Audi Seattle also earned my business for my most recent purchase in 2024 for being straightforward and easy to work with. Admittedly I got tires from Costco a while back and still regret it to this day. Costco doesn't fair well with luxury vehicles and their systems, including simpler ones like TPS alarms. The few hundred dollar savings wasn't worth the stress after every time Costco touches my tires. Luxury cars are complex and high touch, cutting corners isn't worth it on your service or care. Still love my Audi, still love Audi Seattle. read more

Really disappointed in a recent service discussion. I have a check engine come on, so swing by service. 0 customers in there, I ask nicely if they can scan the code and then we can see if it's nothing or we need a service appointment. Audi unfortunately fires a check engine light for very trivial things. Like your gas cap not being on tight, or some other very simple and easily fixable problem. So my interest was in finding out what's wrong without having to make an appointment. They won't scan it. I was told to go visit an Autozone. That's the worst customer service I've ever heard of. This establishment couldn't even take 2 mins to just do a very basic task. I found the woman at the service desk to be condescending and annoying. I am considering if this is the right place to service our vehicle. I think it's reasonable that I be treated with respect. Dealerships really continue to be the worst. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had at the Audi parts department today. On Wednesday, my daughter purchased a car part in person and paid cash for it. She was told the part would arrive Friday, so she returned today to pick it up because she had a repair appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM. When she arrived, she was informed that the wrong part had been ordered. Because the mistake was on your end, she asked for a refund so she could purchase the correct part elsewhere in time for her appointment. However, she was told that a refund could not be issued until Monday and that the only option would be to write a check, which would not be available until then. Since we paid cash, it makes absolutely no sense that we cannot receive our money back immediately. Waiting for a check means we would not have access to the funds until at least Tuesday, leaving us without the part and without the money. She then asked to speak with a manager, but was told that no managers work on the weekends and that the staff "didn't know what to tell her." To make matters worse, after asking for help, the employees went into the back room and talked among themselves while leaving her standing there waiting for over 20 minutes with no explanation or update. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We also discovered that the same part sells for around $110 at other retailers, yet she was charged $211 at your dealership. To pay nearly double the price, receive the wrong part due to an error on there end, and then be told we cannot get our money back until Monday is incredibly frustrating. We live 45 minutes to an hour away, so making multiple trips due to a mistake that was not ours is unreasonable. This entire situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully. At this point, we expect a prompt resolution and an explanation as to why a cash refund could not be issued immediately for a mistake made by your parts department. read more

I recently moved here from the Bay Area where I had a 15 year relationship with my Audi/Porsche Service Advisor, so to say the least, I have high expectations. Tony went above and beyond to not only help make sure the repair was done quickly, he also helped with communication to Audi USA for a know issue which provided a bit of economic relief. Tony has great communication, follow through and a great attitude. On top that, I decided to purchase an extended warranty for extra peace of mind. He connected me with Amir ALSO had great communication, follow through and gave me a fair price on the warranty. While giving my car a wash the machine nearly ripped the door from the frame with significant damage to door and fender. I've had nothing but trouble with the door since repair and am unable to open the door from the outside. Audi Seattle tried to fix the issue once and two weeks later it occurred again. Their aggressive marketing has permanently driven us away from the Audi brand as this has been anything but a premium experience. When I tell you the customer service here is AMAZING -- I can't stress it enough. Brought my car here because the Tacoma dealership didn't have appointments for another 6 weeks but I needed my brakes and rotors replaced as soon as possible. This location got me in within a week. As soon as I pulled in one of the service technicians opened my door for me to get out and asked me how he could assist me almost immediately. I was directed inside where Dominique helped get me checked in. She was super friendly and very professional. She offered me coffee and water while i had a short wait for them to inspect my car. Then she came back and went over all of my concerns, price estimates, and let me know how long it would take for everything to be fixed. I ended up having to leave my car for the entire day so they called me a Lyft to get to work -- at no cost to me. Then a couple hours later Dominique called me to check in and let me know they had some different recommendations for the service I was getting. She walked me through everything the technician said again and I really appreciated this instead of them just doing the work and charging me more later. About an hour after that I received a 3 min video via text from the master technician who was working on my car -- Darryl. In the video he was showing me the work completed and going over everything he did to the car. This really blew me away because I have NEVER gotten a video from any mechanic with detailed explanations and recommendations for my car before. Like he literally showed me every part, went through the service checks, and everything -- without me needing to be present and the video was like HD clear! They ended up finishing my car about an hour early. They sent me a Lyft to my job to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership -- again at no cost to me. When I got there Dominique had the paperwork ready for me to sign. Again she went over everything one more time and was just so pleasant and easy to follow. This whole appointment made the Audi Tacoma service department look like TRASH! I've been to Tacoma's location at least 3 times and I could not believe how drastically different the level of service and professionalism was. Not to mention -- I've never been offered a Lyft or provided a video or been met with such courtesy at the Tacoma location. So all in all, Dominique and Darryl made my appointment so effortless and amazing, I decided I will drive the extra 45 minutes to have my car serviced at the Audi Seattle location from now on. They actually made me feel like I own a luxury car and treated me like how I would hope to be treated after making this kind of purchase. The care they put into making sure all of my concerns were addressed, that I understood everything, and my car was properly serviced was UNMATCHED! I've never felt so valued as a customer. Had been taking my Audi here for years. Last week I brought it in for routine service- was rather expensive but then when I accepted my car it had a check engine light on. They claimed it needed over $3000 of work while other ships quoted less than half that amount. Now the car won't even run and I'm waiting for a tow truck next to this place on my four year old's birthday. The weirdest part was how they started lying by saying that they never drove the car. Their service receipt says they test drove it and I watched the service rep test drive it when the check engine light came on. read more

Tried to find out how to store my strong while on vacation. They warned that the 12 volt battery could drain and car would have to be towed. I asked what to do. One technician told me to keep the main battery plugged in, but I learned that wouldn't charge the 12 volt. 2 other technicians said to attach a trickle charger, but the manual states that under no circumstances should an owner charge the battery implying it would invalidate the warranty. The dealer told me to contact Audi America who told me to contact the dealer. Finally they said there was no solution. It seems to me that they shouldn't sell a car they don't understand. Recently purchased a car here and Jon Pollock was fabulous. A friend of mine bought a Q7 from a dealer in Bellevue and he basically was handed the car and the keys and told to read the manual. Competely the opposite with Jon. He went over the car for at least an hour and offered to have me return if I have more questions. He was always available, even on his days off. Ask for Jon Pollock and you will be treated well. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was only because of the miscommunication in the finance department. I thought I added additional services, however that was not recorded. Mistakes and miscommunication can happen at any time, it was simply how it was handled. The miscommunication was constantly put on me (it was my fault). The proper way to handle the situation was to acknowledge the miscommunication and move on. READ BEFORE PURCHASING AN AUDI. I do not recommend purchasing an Audi - we had a really difficult, frustrating, expensive experience. If your family wants a reliable car, avoid Audi. We owned an Audi with 55k miles. It was very consistently serviced at Seattle dealership every year. It was pristinely maintained at home. It was driven at least 1x per month for a long distance run, as instructed. First, we had an issue that was apart of a class action law suit. We were reimbursed, but it was a headache. Then, we experienced COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE at 55k miles. Cars should not need their engine replaced at 55k miles, especially when the dealership has done every tune up. When we started researching online, we found so many class action lawsuits on Audis. Trying to get the car fixed was a nightmare. The Seattle dealership manager called once - we had a very friendly, polite, lovely exchange and I thought he'd support us throughout the process. After, we were only allowed to connect with his team. We started to get passed between the 1-800 Customer Service line and the dealership. I called the Customer Service line every week and my average wait time was 2.75 hours (I actually waited hah). It was the most difficult experience. Essentially we were told that the dealership decided if we were eligible for any reduced pricing. The dealership told us that Customer Service decided. We went back and forth so many times. In the end, they decided it was just a smidge out of warranty, and it cost us MORE THAN $10k and a lot of time & effort. We were told that since it was our first Audi and we weren't "loyal customers" and thus wouldn't get much assistance. Everything you read online about Audi being unreliable and expensive is true -- trust it. I wish we had - I assumed it wouldn't be true because its a premium brand, but it was the least premium experience we've had as consumers (and we've owned many brands of cars). I have contributed a number of reviews to Google. All 5 stars. I hate writing a bad review, but I really wanted to share this in hopes of saving another family from what we went through. If you are going to buy an Audi, I suggest thoroughly researching the class action lawsuits on the make and model so that you at least know. read more
