I was escorted back to the testing area by Mary. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my disabilities and any restrictions I have. When testing Mary explained everything to me. She showed me the results and discussed my options. Mary even put in a pair to demonstrate how the would work and feel.

My issue is that my initial appt was only 6 minutes long and I was billed for a surgical procedure on top of my consult visit because he looked up my nose with a tube. To me that should be included in the initial consultation not an extra charge. In the 3 weeks since my consultation, which he recommended surgery I've had numerous phone calls from his office ladies looking for money. I called for an explanation and the billing lady was extremely rude and offered no explanation. The Dr. Himself was fine. Knowledgeable. Personable. But afterwards, all they care about is your wallet. Front office personnel need nee personalities and learn how to interact with patients.
