Took my money and did not help at all! I paid for an over…read morethe phone appointment and stated what the issue was when I booked. I was then told during the call that an over the phone session was not appropriate for this even though I had told them beforehand. I then asked to be sent a recommendation of where I could go instead and was never sent it. When I messaged them again to ask for it, I was ignored!

We each had online video consultations with Dr. Nishika Pieris. They also charged very reasonable fees. (Aprox $55 US each.) We can not express how grateful we are to her for her care. She prescribed meds and over the counter vitamins and meds, etc. She emailed a list of what we needed, to be able to show the pharmacist. Thankfully our symptoms were mild and pharmacies for covid testing were very convenient and plentiful, but MedinAction would have assisted us with covid testing, too. Thank you to Dr. Pieris and MedinAction for your care while in Italy. (Less than a week after our flight home, the US dropped the covid testing requirement to return to the USA.)
