Just had Audio Warehouse in Saskatoon install a new sound system in my SUV. They came up with something that sounds GREAT and was very reasonably priced. The service was friendly and professional. The installation was first rate ... they found a really creative way of hooking in my satellite radio (not easy in my particular vehicle). I was extremely happy. Highly recommended! This is far and away the best store in town for your home electronics needs as well. You won't pay any more than at the big box stores, but the advice, service, assistance and installation are head and shoulders above the competition. Brad Hamilton runs a great business. Audio Warehouse has been my one and only go-to place for anything home or car audio related. The service both during the sale and months or years after the sale is unbeatable. Their prices are on average quite competitive but I would be willing to even pay a little extra to receive the quality of service that they provide. On a couple of occasions I've gone in years after a purchase and they have replaced and sometimes even upgraded the product I'm having difficulties with. When it comes to car audio, alarms, starters; they know their stuff and the quality of their installation is awesome. All the trim is put back exactly as it was and every installation I've had them do blends in seamlessly with the vehicle. Many of the car dealerships in town send their vehicles there for car starters and hands free cell phone installs because of their knowledge, expertise and customer service. Audio Warehouse also stocks only quality products that they believe in. You won't find cheap flat panel televisions or cheap car audio systems. You will find good quality products at a good price accompanied with very good customer service. It may sound like I work for the company but I can assure you this is just the experience of a long time customer that goes back time and time again because I know I will get a quality product, with quality service consistently. read more

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Greg and the car audio installers at Audio Warehouse in Saskatoon. From the moment I met Greg he made me feel at ease. I explained what was wrong with the speakers in my truck, he checked my deck and amp and found that they were fine. We went through a number of speakers that would fit my needs and I selected the ones that I wanted Greg handled everything for me. I cannot say enough about the service that was provided to me by both Greg and the guys in the car audio installation department, they are by far the best in the city and I will not be shopping anywhere else for either car or home audio. some sales staff are ok. some are from other stores that went TU, and pissed off alot of customers. (Car Dept) Pricing is not nearly competitve enough. Business is leaving retail and going into AV configs for homes, leaving the home electronics retail market. No music selection. Visions has a better selection and more competitve pricing and fair return policies. read more

The worst customer service ever. The manager is rude, condescending, and low class. I will never spend another cent there, I will gladly spend my hard-earned money at the competition.
