The audiologist is great. She is kind, understand, and very knowledgeable. My daughter has been a patient since she was very young and we really like her. We do not, however, like the front desk employee. She is rude and has zero empathy. Every time I have to call in to schedule, it's an issue. She makes every single thing an ISSUE. They were so wonderful with my dad and even billed his insurance. Hearing aides by the way are never $500. They are closer to $2500-$3000. I loved the audiologist there. read more
