They wanted to send in both hearing aids even tho just one wasn't working with a charge for each. Upon its return, was told needed an appt to "pair" the returned hearing aid. Went to office, receptionist gave me the non-charged returned hearing aid and told me to finish charging it at home and follow the instructions "on the website." Still not working. Called for an appt. Message left on my voicemail this office does not have equipment to do this pairing. Called for itemized statement for work paid for but not completed. got another voicemail from "home office" that this office does in fact have equipment and make another appointment. $300+ and still not working NO WAY!! BEWARE!

Good quality device and excellent, professional staff…read more I had a car accident where the air bag deployed and I lost most of my hearing in my left ear. I tried cheaper hearing aids from a bog box store and all it did was amplify all the sounds around me. I could hear everything, but had difficulty understanding anything. After months of frustration, I went to the store in Burnsville. Absolutely no pressure to buy, but they offered me to try the device for one week. While my hearing will never be what it was, I no longer feel isolated and confused because I finally can tolerate pthe noises of life and more importantly understand regular conversation and television again. Kim is absolutely great.

I had an appointment today after waiting WEEKS for it, and Dr. Posey wasn't in the office. I WASN'T…read moretold this when I checked in. I was seen by a PA who had no idea what was going on in my ear. I was told Dr. Posey was running late, but then they switched to her having a "life saving emergency." There were other patients waiting to see her, and they weren't told she wasn't there. It feels very much like a ponzi scheme. Plus, these so-called reviews are very suspect. Take notice that the Dr Posey reviews that have "other reviews" had very few. Like 2-6 reviews, to make them look legit. Something fake going on here, imo. AI generated reviews? This PA that's being substituted for an ENT didn't even know how to put the scope in my ear!! FOR REAL!! I am requesting my copay returned and will notify Blue Cross not to pay her. Take heed. I will be filing a complaint elsewhere, too. Something extremely fishy is going on with this place. They wanted me to make another appointment! Are you kidding me?! Duplicate billing. The Attorney General needs to check into Dr Posey. Another patient there said this was his 3RD attempt trying to see Dr. Posey bcuz his 2 other appointments were "no shows" by her too. One red flag is enough for me, but hearing his story is in part why I will move forward with my complaint. This shouldn't be allowed EVER.
