She…read moreinsinuated that I was lying about my health condition and would do absolutely nothing to help me. She basically denied me basic care. She was rude, unhelpful & overall MEAN. The absolute worst "Doctor" I've ever seen in my entire life. I left there crying. I was treated with absolutely no compassion. Just treated rudely by the front desk person as I left. I've been going to Mt. Pleasant my entire life and will NEVER go back again because of Dr. Giannetti.

As usual, I went to set up an appointment only to find out the earliest I will be able to see her is four months from now! How in today's world is that acceptable? We are not a 3rd world country, and if it takes more than a week to see your doctor, I would say that they have way too many patients in their care.
