This isn't your typical stereo shop. These guys aren't about trying squeeze out as much profit as possible, they're passionate about doing good work and it shows by the investment Tim (owner) has made in the facilities they've built around Audiotistics. Installation & sales on one side with complete fabrication on the other. I am from the desert and currently live in Long Beach but I knew I wanted Audiotistics to fill in my system so as soon as I had time I dropped in and talked with Tim and Wes. They showed me around and Wes demo'd his insanely loud truck. Tim is a super cool cat & shared his recent business trip to Brazil with me. I was a little unsure what equipment I needed but after explaining what I wanted the system to sound like he had it all figured out and made me feel very comfortable about handing over my money. I've always been into music.... it can set the mood for your day, or change your mood. I've been to many stereo shops, and have had many systems put into my vehicles over the years. Most places do half ass work, and do the minimum for a maximum price. Audiotistics is definitely not like these other shops. They are amazing. I have a bmw x5, and had called around and went to many places for estimates. These cars are a pain, to say the least. Most places offered decent quotes but didnt seem knowledgeable as far as having to bypass the factory amp n stuff. Some shops even said what I wanted, couldnt be done at all. Audiotistics listened to what i wanted, and were super knowledgable about what needed to be done. I had most of my own system, but purchased a few additional things, and they installed everything. It took a little longer than expected(mainly because beamers are a pain and they wanted it done right), but was well worth the wait. My car sounds amazing, the work was A+, and everything looks good. Tim and Nester, along with everyone else, did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, and great at what they do. Called for a quote to soundproof the rear my Subaru Outback. I was told I needed to come in for an accurate estimate and length it would take to complete. They set me up with an appointment for the following week. Got to my appointment and explained my concerns, and stressed I needed the job to be complete the same day as my family was heading back to Virginia that weekend. Not only did they complete the job, they told me between four to six hours or would ensure it was completed that day. They knocked it out in three hours and showed me some of the sound proofing. Car rides at least 50% quieter than it had before. If I had had more time I would have gotten the entire car soundproofed. Went into the store was quoted one price in writing, when I called to set the appointment, they would not validate the quote they gave me and and said it was a mistake. Even though one of their installers was there helping the salesperson writing the quote to ensure accuracy. The price difference was nearly $300 from my initial quoted price. When I was there, the sales associate had told a customer that he could always just bring in his own stuff and have it installed. After they would not validate my written quote, I decided to look up parts and have them just install it. Their prices vs. competitors LC7i audiotistics price $225 vs. amazon $111, jbl amp audiotistics price $375 vs amazon $225, amp wiring kit audiotistics price $160 vs amazon $69(better brand). Just in components alone was a huge savings buying online rather than in store, yet, I still wanted to buy through them since they would be doing the install. When he would not validate the price, I asked if I could just order myself and have them installed. The manager/owner I spoke to said that was in insult for me to do that and that he refused to do that (even though the sales associate had offered that to other customers) as if being quoted one price and then given another wasn't an insult. Pretty disappointed because I had heard good things about this business. Since I can't reply to Tims comment directly, here is a reply: Your prices did not include installation, you were still charging me $175 for installation. Those prices were not made up because those were the prices that is actually paid. I can post the links if you would like. It does not take a certified technician to recommend an audio processor, an amp, and a sub. Also to clarify, this was not going into a Silverado, it was being installed into an SS which I reminded you of during our phone call. As a business that conducts installs I did not think it would be absurd to ask how much it would cost to just install the equipment. This is not an absurd questions as most other business do such work may it be mechanics, body shops, construction, and god forbid other audio installers. I clearly asked how much you would charge me to install my components after you said you would charge me $175 to install your components, but apparently you were to offended to do the work that you are in business for. It is just absurd for you not to honor your business written quotes, with that in mind, what's to say that you will honor your work.. read more

I went to audiotistics to have them rewire, install a second battery and some new subs installed. They took care of me and knocked a few Bills off and even threw in a bluetooth receiver at no charge! The price was a little high but for professional hidden wiring, quality name brand equipment so loud you think you'll shatter your windows, and bluetooth functionality it was a steal! My favorite part is I can turn my radio up full blast and nothing cuts out ever. I had my system done and my fuse block blew once I went in to get it fixed they wanted to charge me for a mistake they made then to top it off I talked to Tim he told me they installed the wrong wires for my amp I asked why they didn't put the correct ones in to begin with his remark was I don't know and didn't even try to honor his installers mistake me and a couple of my buddies has changed Stereo shops since we felt as if we were ripped off of our money i posted about my situation and Wes the installer there sent me an message telling me to take it off fb then told me to take my shyt elsewhere which I already have they act there the only ones in high desert that does Custom install but there not I found shops that really respect in satisfying there customers even after they made the mistake not you so to keep it plain and simple spend your money were it's appreciated not just to be in your pockets for competition but in ur pockets for satisfication so I haven't been back not reffered any body else i know to go back read more

Where do I start... the guys at Audiotistics are top notch. I had my 2013 Silverado alarm and remote start installed in record time. Before I choose an alarm the salesman Andy explained all of the different functions that would meet my security needs. I ended up with the perfect alarm and remote start from Viper alarms. Every function that the installer explained to me worked the first time. After close examination of his work I have to say he did a great job and there was no mess left behind. These guys are car audio magicians. They turned my 370 into a concert experience everytime I drive it. The original install was done at Best Buy, who totally screwed up the stereos tune. I went to Audiotistics to get a sub and amp installed and the owner talked me out of what I wanted to buy, because he said I didn't need it. (saving me about $1000). He installed a cheaper self powered amp and tuned my stereo to perfection. It now sound better than I ever expected it to sounds. Tim and his crew, are as good as it gets when needing their skill set. So, first I went on-line and looked at 20 different places with different reviews. My list got smaller to about 5 places.
