Had a warranty on my AirPod max. i filed a claim in order to get reimbursed on a pair that was still under warranty. Since there are no genius bars locally Apple pointed me towards qualified technicians in my area. Audiotronics was the closest option. I called to tell them my dilemma. They told me immediately it costs more to fix than to replace. I said well is there anyway I can get that in writing to send to apple so I can verify I tried to get them repaired first. They told me that it would cost 99 bux for them to do an "affidavit" explaining anything to do with verification. These guys didn't fix anything, they didn't even look at it, and they wanted to charge me 99 dollars for what basically is a repair receipt. This is horrible business. read more

I'm 9 months into a home security and Control 4 installation. There has been one problem and ball dropped after another. after thousands of dollars spent and months of waiting, empty promises, and horrible communication I'm still without a functional or useful system. I had a smarter and better system back when I was using Ring cameras and Alexa for smart home features. This entire ordeal has been a complete waste of time and money and an absolute nightmare to deal with. If you're looking to install control 4 in your home, I urge you to find a different company to do it. Their install guy, Zach is awesome, but that's where any level of a good experience stops. Unless you harass them constantly you'll be waiting months for simple things to be dealt with, you'll receive subpar equipment at premium prices, or be given the run around when they forget to address issues. Hell, I'm 9 months in and still don't have a monitored alarm system despite it being brought to their attention multiple times. I'm ready to rip the entire system out just to cut ties and not have to deal with it (or Audiotronics' employees) anymore. read more

I spoke to Eric yesterday regarding an installation of a remote start which was set up for today at 9am. As of noon, I called to see if the vehicle was ready. I was told, it was not ready and would not be ready until late afternoon. Our driver called me after 5:30pm. Ticked off because the incompetent mechanic were telling her it still wasn't ready. As of 6pm. I was on the phone with our driver when finally someone appeared and told her the vehicle was ready. No instructions on how to use the remote start were offered this person. Just left the vehicle running in the parking lot. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES HERE. They are nice taking your payment after that you mean nothing. read more

I wanted to share how very helpful that Matt, the manager of Audiotronics, was with me. I had been trying to find a difficult adapter for a DVD player's multicolored coax cables to a new TV's HDMI. What I thought would work from Amazon did not. But not only did Matt take the time to listen to my need (so my grandbaby could watch the Grinch on DVD) when he did not have what I needed, he found it for me and sent le a link to easily order it from a competitor. I've bought a few things from here including my Macbook and an aftermarket car Bluetooth-radio system. They were great on both fronts. I had an issue with the aftermarket radio, where my car's dash lights kept burning out. I took it in several times, and each time they were courteous about the issue. They replaced the bulbs three times and finally changed the unit. I don't blame them for the lighting issue...we're still not sure what was causing it, but they continuously attempted to solve the problem and were gracious about it, which is the most I can ask for. I'd recommend using them for installation and electronic purchases based upon my experiences. read more

My truck kept starting its self do to a 10 year old viper alarm system going bad. So I Had the alarm system removed and a keyless added. Over all they did it fast. I have nothing bad to say about them. I will use them again. read more

Speaking only to their Apple repair services, Rick was extremely helpful! He repaired my Mac in under a couple of hours and gave me a great deal/didn't charge full price since I already went through the Apple Care process on the phone. $50 for a repaired hardware issue. read more

Our 9year old flat screen dies suddenly while we were watching a must see show. It was almost over and it was also recorded so we knew we could catch up after a new set was in place. After going to several big box stores we were told that none of them could deliver and install for a week! So we decided to go to Audiotronics. Guess what? Had a Kenwood car stereo installed and the USB stopped working but turning it off and on several times seemed to work for awhile then it would stop. Called store and the employee said the USB drives in those models have issues and he would exchange it for a newer model once they arrived. Called back a couple of weeks later and dude said his manager told him he would need to take out the stereo to send it off for repair and was sorry for the delay we need to make an appointment for next week to send it off. read more

Been dealing with these guys for over a decade. Honestly, I can't say why. They are arrogant, rude and act like they are doing you a favor to let you give them your money. And, believe me, you will give them a LOT if you do business with them! They tend to stuff your house with equipment you don't need and then leave without ever making it clear how to use it. Never had an issue with Audiotronics, until now. Yes, they are high priced but that is not the purpose of this review. Went in for an estimate to install a DVD player in car. Greeted by rude, heavy set guy that immediately started in on what they could NOT do for me because I had a headunit previously purchased from a competitor at a great price and wanted them to install it. Honestly made me feel unwelcomed. I was getting an estimate for install of a DVD and the greeting was about how busy they were and how long it would take to install and, get this, how low priority I would be because I didnt pay overpriced for the headunit from Audiotronics. I went ahead with the estimate, despite my judgment. The guy seemed rushed and even made a comment about "we all must have came in off the same bus" as if to say it was too busy. It wasn't. He gave me a rushed quote of "somewhere between 240 and 270" and wrote nothing down and said, "So, were doing this becasue youre getting the work done, right?" I said, no this was an estimate, I would like to know firsthand how much it will cost. He seemed very irritated to have to give an estimate. I added one option and he quickly said, "Oh, that would be at least $200 more.." I knew then it was ridiculous and quickly left. I wonder if he knew how much I spent there in the past.... Probably wouldnt have been so rude. I see someone wrote to "keep money local." I disagree if the local company is possibly growing to the point it is no longer the same local friendly place it use to be. $500 for a DVD install as an estimate when I already had the headunit?! Got another estimate that just blew Auditotronics out of the water and is a friendly, respected competitor. I hope Audiotronics improves its customer service skills. read more
