This was a great spot for lunch while skiing in the area. Try to get there a little before noon if you're planning to have lunch, as the place does fill up quickly around that time. There's plenty of larger tables, so if you have a decent-sized group they should be able to accommodate. We were a party of 8 and were able to comfortably sit around one of the tables.
There are menus available in English and our friendly server spoke great English as well. Seeing the speck dumpling soup, which can be a staple in Alpine cuisine on the menu, I opted to try that. It was extremely flavorful and filling without being too much. Everyone else at the table liked what they had ordered. There's a diverse menu of both heavy and lighter fare, so there should be something for everyone. Prices were fair given the quality and quantity of food. read more
