We have visited the center today to check the eyes of our 2 years old daughter. She has an…read moreemergency case where she keep closing her eyes and rubs her eyes so frequent. Our Kinderartz told us it could be an dangerous and we should check an eye doctor asap. We called them and got an appointment today. They kept us waiting for 1 hour, then the doctor said that we are in the wrong place since they don't accept new patients. She also decided to dismiss our case without even diagnosing it. We think that we were treated like this since we are not Germans. So I think we were treated based on our race and the doctor was very impolite and unprofessional. My advice is to stay away from this clinic.

I did not have an appointment this Monday morning and yet I only had to wait for two others before me. The dr was so very kind, spoke excellent English (bonus!) but was truly caring about my injuries and situation. I feel like she went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone working here was also very kind and the price for me with no insurance???? 52 Euro!!! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
