My first call was to Morgan & Morgan but it just didn't fit. I called Dewy Ramsay & Hunt. Mr Ramsay answered the phone and we started talking i was just 3 days in with my concussion so i had to give him permission to speak with my wife. This was the best decision that i made by hiring this firm. Andrea is great about keeping you updated and Brian will work for you and get you the best settlement that is available. So if you believe in reviews this one is for real and they are a great firm to help you out and will always answer you call and keep you updated.

I wish I didn't have to write this but I feel I have a duty to share my experience. I came to Dewey…read moreRamsey and Hunt last year after an accident that resulted in personal injury, numerous medical expenses, and additional pain & suffering. After my initial call with Mr. Hunt, his confidence, experience and verbal encouragement gave me hope we would have a successful case. I expressed my desire for a smooth, stress-free process, and he assured me there would be a minimum of monthly update communications. We agreed to work together, and following our call, I spent hours compiling every photo, document, medical bill, receipt, and other form of evidence into a shared folder which I shared with Mr. Hunt and his colleagues, along with a detailed recount of the incident. Unfortunately, it seems this all went to waste. From the beginning, there was very poor communication from everyone at the firm. My communications were not responded to in a timely manner and not without my following up. On multiple occasions, official letters sent to potential defendants had incorrect information about the incident, typos and misspelled names. The firm also failed to copy me on all communications as I had requested multiple times. Months would go by with no update, and I feel as though they only worked on my case after I chased them with another check-in email. I also don't believe they did their due diligence when it comes to researching the facts of my case, and the parties involved, as many questions went unanswered. Over the course of several months, I was briefed on all the potential risks and opportunities of my case. However, Mr. Hunt continued to assure me he felt we had a strong case for many reasons, and that he was confident he could help do something in mediation. This was the case during my last call in February, at which point we agreed to move forward and file a lawsuit. Three months went by without a word, so I reached out again to check in. A call was scheduled for a week later, at which point Mr. Hunt proceeded to tell me he was dropping my case, as he had recently discovered evidence making the case a bit trickier, and he didn't know how to move forward. This was extremely disappointing and disheartening for many reasons. Almost a full year after the incident and after beginning to work with Mr. Hunt, the case was dropped with no other options or suggestions for help. I find this extremely unprofessional and impersonal, largely disrespectful of my time and disinterested in what I had been through. As such, if you are looking for a loyal law partner with strong communication and the courage to do the digging required to help you succeed, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
