They quickly took control, called the owner for us and helped us to meet up with the B & B owners. They are the best! They are so friendly! Their store mostly sells beautiful ceramic dishes and other items. They also have other gift items as well. Prices are very reasonable and they will pack and ship anything you purchase. You'll enjoy talking to Antonino as well. He English is good since he's lived in the US a number of years too. So stop by, say "hi" and tell him Veronica from Hawaii sent you!

The second visit, we came back with the intention of ordering a custom dining table that would then be shipped to us in the US, and paid in full. However, when we returned home, we were unable to contact Miss Bellevue through previously working channels (email and phone, multiple attempts, and the website went down suddenly and has not returned), and after two months of no news and no responses to our enquiries, we were forced to do a chargeback as we could not afford to lose $2500 USD. We truly did not want to, as in person we had lovely experiences both times. If you visit Sorrento and MISS Bellevue and find the shop open, I recommend you only purchase what you can carry home with you, as ordering substantial pieces of furniture may lead to non-delivery and you'll be out the $ you paid.

The pieces were exquisite, but we were worried about bringing them back in our luggage, so we were delighted when the proprietor offered to construct a wooden crate (with styrofoam padding) and ship them (for a modest fee). He did warn us that it would take several weeks for delivery. However,it is now over two months and no crate has yet arrived! We did receive one cardboard box containing only two of the items (but one of these, a small spaghetti gauge, was broken due to padding with newspaper only) We anxiously await the remainder of our shipment from this otherwise fine establishment.
