The guys that cut your are nice and friendly but people in the office are professional don't care about you...my issue was before anything was a go I explained that I'm on disability and get paid at the end of the month..so they agreed to that and everything was going until 3 months ago that is when the 1st time they took payment before I was paid and causing me to get overdraft fee and the difference what bank used to pay my bill...there reason for this was computer took it out automatically...explained again why I couldn't pay that and after explaining they said ok we will do this right...well here comes month 2 and same problem happened again and I was demanding to talk to supervisor or some type of higher up...well I had to wait for call back and it came...this lady reassured me that this isn't going to happen again and my credit card was going to be taken out of system...so once again stuck with overdraft fee and difference of shortage on my other bills that penalty for...well the third time they did it again and demand that I speak to the lady I spoke to about this and where's the reassurance my credit card isn't in the system...found out there was a note in the system for my card to not be in system but it wasn't taking out of the system....so was told I'll be hearing from someone and how this will be worked out...sad to say never called emailed or a text from anyone...this is the WORST company for customer service...WILL NOT recommend them to anyone read more

Would not recommend this company. They were hired to resolve the drainage issues in my yard. Not only are those issues not fixed my yard does not look good. I have reached out to them multiple times over the past six months with promises to come repair the issue. They have not come out and any communication is with me reaching out to them each time. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! Whatever you do stay away from these people. We have used them twice. once for lawn care and once for weed service. Both times there quality of work as sucked. We stopped using them. Now our neighbors use them. Because, we stopped using them, when they come and cut our neighbors grass. They purposely blow the grass that's cut all over my drive way and our cars. This company doesn't dare about anyone else property. They are a joke. We would recommend this company for your lawn care needs! The owner was responsive to all requests and was concerned of the quality of work being done. He also assure us if we had and concerns to let him know immediately. Also, we love the fact that they will send a text the day of when they are coming. We contracted with this company to clean up a yard that had several years of leaves and pine needles that needed to be cleaned up. They agreed on the initial call to clean up all the yard including the needles.T hey did not pick up the needles and billed me the full amount from the estimate. When I called to find out when they planned to get the pine needles I was told that they would not be picking up the pine needles because the original estimate did not explicitly state that they would get the pine needles. However, they would be happy to come back out and reassess the pine needles for an additional fee. Obviously I will never do business with this company. IF YOU DO, double, triple check your estimate and may certain that every detail is called out, otherwise you will probably not get what you think you are getting. read more
