If your buyers are not serious in a competitive market where there were several other offers that got rejected, don't go around wasting people's time. Thankfully my other bidders will have a second chance but I'll never work with this firm's realtors or take any of their offers seriously. I actually came to this location to sign documents for my first home. All of the people involved…read moremade this an easy process--from the docusign items to the appointment, as well as any questions I had, they helped with all of my inquiries. There were a few discrepancies with the timeline, since the house was completed ahead of schedule and some of the fees had to be recalculated from this. We were able to quickly figure this out and have the issue adjusted while we were signing. They were able to answer all of our questions--just note that they tend to be pretty busy on Mondays and Fridays. This location has ample parking, easy access (door was closed when we arrived but only because it wasn't time yet and we were the first appointment that day). They have a nice waiting room with coffee and water options. The conference room where we signed was well lit and they made sure to lay out the documents needing signatures. There was no rushing of the process, but mostly the notary asking if we had any questions about the information noted on the paperwork. At the end (took about an hour of signatures, initialing, and dating the papers), we got a packet with the signed document copies and were on our way.
