    Ono Food!

Food was Ono! Service was Top Tier! The Vibes in the restaurant were nice and chill. I loved that you can walk up and choose your own veggies, different types of noodles, quail eggs, rice cakes, etc. You can even make your own sauces and they have dessert too! Don't forget to try the appetizers! The beef and cheese gaugee was bomb too! Thank you Aunty for the amazing food and service!

Lunch special isn't all that it seems. The place wasn't as busy as usual. We were the third table there and service was fast In the beginning, our order was placed and meats came out quick however after the first round nobody checked on us. We notice two servers eating on the other side of the restaurant (did not want to bother them, they might have been on their break) and we were trying to look for our server but he didn't come out till about 20 mins after. The restaurant wasn't even busy! Hopefully this will be the only bad experience we get here. The lunch special is a good deal, just hope next time the service will be better.

While visiting the mall my mom and I decided to stop in to Aunty's Hotpot House for an early dinner. We walked in around 4:45pm and to our surprise there wasn't a wait and we were seated immediately! There are endless broth options to choose from, to match their endless choices of veggies, sides and meats! While it is AYCE, they do have some premium meat selections available to purchase a la carte, like the beef tongue for $3 which I highly recommend! I opted for the Chef's Special Garlic broth and my mom got the Regular Beef Base Soup - both equally delicious in their own way. The Chef's Special Garlic had so much flavor and depth to the broth, it was like a hug in a bowl LOL. We ordered a couple rounds of meats, the toro beef and pork shoulder were a hit. But what truly stood out was the refrigerator full of veggies and seafood! The selections were endless and sure to have something for everyone. Even their sauce bar had great options to mix. Lastly, you are offered a complementary dessert at the end, a scoop of Daves Ice Cream - I want to add that these aren't just a lil ol' scoop that you'd normally get from an AYCE place, they are full single scoop portions. So while the hotpot experience is 10/10, the added bonus of dessert gives it 11/10 in my book!

Great food and great service at Aunty's Hotpot House! This was our 1st visit and definitely not our last. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I wanted a chicken pho broth instead of the beef option and the server assisted. My husband can not stand onions and the broths all came out with onions in it. We started picking them out and Aunty saw and said she would make fresh with no onions! The items were all fresh and tasted great. They also had a nice selection to choose from. I was a little bummed at 1st that we had just missed the lunch time dining prices but after our experience I didn't mind paying the dinner prices, it was well worth it. Thank you for the quality food and service, we will be back for sure!

This spot takes hotpot to the next level with its huge variety of toppings and a fun, DIY approach that makes every meal unique. Endless Choices: From tender shabu meats to crisp veggies, savory fish cakes, and plump dumplings, the topping selection is impressive. Whether you're a meat lover or a veggie enthusiast, there's something for everyone. DIY Sauce Stations: One of the highlights is the make-your-own sauce bar. Mix and match soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili, and more to create your perfect dipping sauce. Pro tip: Add a splash of vinegar and a pinch of sugar for a balanced, tangy kick. Sweet Ending: Don't leave without grabbing the free shave ice! It's the perfect way to cool down after a steaming hotpot feast. Tips for the Best Experience 1) Go Hungry: Portions are generous, and with so many options, you'll want to sample everything. 2) Start Light: Begin with a mild broth and add spice gradually--you can always turn up the heat later. 3) Sauce Strategy: Try a few different combinations at the sauce station. A creamy sesame base pairs beautifully with shabu beef. 4) Save Room for Dessert: The shave ice isn't just a gimmick--it's refreshing and rounds out the meal perfectly. Aunty's Hotpot is more than just a meal--it's an experience. The variety, customization, and friendly vibe make it a great spot for family dinners, date nights, or casual hangouts.

We noticed that Aunty's Hotpot changed to AYCE, so my husband and I were excited to finally try it out! We went on a Friday night and were seated pretty quickly. There were a lot of other tables already full. There was a variety of items in the fridge section, so everyone was able to find something they liked. The saucebar was in the middle of the restaurant with many offerings. The only disappointment I had was with the Ponzu sauce, which I thought would be a citrus sauce. However, it was on the sweet side. I like that many of the sauces are homemade though! Overall, my family and I really enjoyed it, especially the signature complimentary dessert that Aunty has been known for at her previous restaurant establishments! Happy Eating

AYCE hot pot! We went on a Sunday just when they opened at 12. As we were there for our 90 minutes, the place filled up. There are different soup bases, proteins, and extras (like French fries and gyoza) that come with the AYCE. The best value for your Monday is during the week from opening to 4 pm. We paid $34.99 for each adult. Lots of starch like noodles and free bowl of rice to choose from. The veggies are mostly green and leafy with corn, taro, pumpkin, zucchini, bean sprouts, and ENOKI mushrooms! Oh those are the best and not many places have that. They have prepackaged plates with other fun items like hotdogs, fish cakes/balls, quail eggs, and even tripe. I got the spicy sour soup and it had a nice heat to it, a good about of sour from the lemon I found floating around in my broth. I tried the tonkatsu broth my husband got and it was too meaty tasting for me. The chicken broth my kids got was ok, not as good as my broth. They have a sauce bar with some sides like cucumber kimchee, pickled radish, and toppings. The only down side is they don't have a creamy sesame sauce and that is my favorite sauce with hotpot. Service was good at cleaning up and water refills. There was a birthday party for a little boy and the waiters got everyone in the place singing to him. A great time. Free dessert at the end of the meal, but not as robust as some places. However it was free! Parking is easy as there is a large parking lot for the mall. Lots to do in the area if you want to kill time or walk off all that food.

It's good. The food is good; service is good; ambience and restaurant is comfy and food. There is really nothing to complain about, except there's no "punch"... meaning, while everything is good - there's nothing that stands out either. Meat is decently fresh, veggies are decently fresh, and variety is decent. There's a variety of meatballs, spinach and cabbage, chicken / pork/ beef/ lamb slides, and condiments... However, again - there's no punch and nothing stands out. Service is good and attentive. They were quick to notice our emptying water glasses and refilled our hotpot soup base without having to ask. Nice touches. The interior is bright and happy - with an Aunty Mural ! :) Also - towards the end of our meal - they also gave us a bowl of complimentary shaved ice with strawberry boba. All the attention to detail!!! :)

Came here for AYCE hot pot and it was pretty decent overall. I liked that they offer a good variety of broth options, but the meat selection could be better since there are only two beef choices (toro and brisket). The meat quality is just okay, but it gets the job done. I really liked that they have enoki mushrooms and those pickled cucumbers, which are so crispy and addictive. Service was quick and friendly, and the complimentary shave ice at the end was a nice surprise with a generous portion too.

Great place to get some hot pot! There is plenty of free parking and service was quick! I would recommend going when it opens, as I've seen it get busy pretty quickly. Overall, it's a great place to go with friends or with your family (not too noisy). For ordering, you choose your broth, meats, and any sides that are part of AYCE. After that, you head to the counter and can pick your own veggies (from plastic bins) and wrapped seafood on plates. Their sauce choices are interesting. Some of them include garlic butter, sweet and sour, and sesame. It also includes a lot of picked side dishes such as cabbage, daikon (radish), and cucumbers. At the end, they give you free shaved ice!

Best customer service on the island! My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting the one and only Aunty today--and she is quite possibly the hardest working woman ever. She's upbeat, energetic, accommodating, sweet and bubbly. She deserves all the success and more! Aunty's now offers AYCE for lunch and dinner! Only $36 for all you can eat, including appetizers, meat, veggies, seafood, sauces, galore! The gaugee was crispy and delicious. The new pork chop (only available at dinner) is worth a try too! The lunch price is crazy affordable, dinner is worth it too. The staff is super attentive, efficient and kind. There was not a single moment we were uncared for. Aunty even handed me a wet wipe for my hands after I peeled and ate some yummy shrimp. Dessert was provided on the house! The place is so inviting. Lots of tables and seating. Restrooms for paying customers. Free parking at the lot. Support local!

New AYCE at Aunty's! We came in for an early dinner and were pleasantly surprised to see the menu has switched over to an all-you-can-eat style. You get 90 minutes, and it works much like before--you still choose your soup base, proteins are now included (with a small upcharge for premium meats), and the best part is appetizers are now part of the AYCE menu. Grab a big plate and load up on your favorite starches and vegetables, then pick up the smaller plates filled with hot pot goodies to enjoy alongside. Service, as always, was excellent--our server was attentive, friendly, and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.

Auntie's is now AYCE! I wish i had known before popping in since i had a thought to try a new method of ordering with the dessert they give out with your meal in mind. But they changed it and in some ways its probably better that they do AYCE since my experience was that you would easily spend the same amount anyways had it not been. The food there is always great. Love the sauce bar, the variety you get in the fridge and the atmosphere is nice and casual. Great for me after a morning at the beach.

Seasons also offers the beef soupy noodle sets, but when it's 85+ degrees out and sunny and 80% humidity, I do question ppl's judgement. I've always loved the Plaza, empty and partly abandoned, bec/ the design is conducive to good airflow and cooling, a much underappreciated architectural element in modern downtowns. But the bums and indigent love it more and sadly always leave some je ne sais quoi. Seasons finds itself across from the dim sum behemoth in Chinatown, Legends, but that's a different flavor profile. Still, quite nice to have variety.

They seem to utilize curry powder in all of their "salt and pepper" dishes. My main gripe about this dish is that the CHUCKS of fat. Maybe that would be appealing to some but each lamb stick had like ~35% fat which is A LOT if you consider that there's already not much meat on each rack. * Broccoli and Seafood Stir Fry: 7.5/10 This was nothing exceptional, I feel that you can definitely get this at any Chinese restaurant. It was flavorful and the veggies and seafood was cooked well (not over or undercooked). * Orange Chicken: 7.5/10 Tastes exactly like panda express but with a slightly better frying method? However, the pieces of chicken was a lot less substantial (many random thin and small pieces) I would note that the dishes do take a while to be made and brought out. We honestly wanted to try the pan fried pork buns but the quantity was too much for us to justify ordering it for just the two of us (on top everything else). The first time I've ordered almost a week ago was the pork hash, garlic green beans, mabo tofu with noodles, rice noodle and dumplings, and a pork belly dish with rice (can't remember the name). My favorite has to be the rice noodle cake with dumplings. It had peanut sauce and even reheating it on the stove made it satisfying to eat as leftovers. Each dish had between 6-8 pork and shrimp dumplings. The portions are generous which is enough for two meals. The pork hash came in 3s with the hot mustard and shoyu. Again these were good as well and not as oily and greasy. The pork belly was stringy and the rice was meh. It tries way too hard to copy Tom Khem which is a Laos dish. My mom had the tofu dish and after a while she did mention that the noodles got mushy and had no flavor. Then again she had to take a blood test so she had to watch her salt intake. I also tried the tofu and it was soft and not overly salty. The second time I ordered which was today, I replaced the rice dish with the char siu noodle soup and it was so good. It was the right portion size and the hot broth that's separate from the contents help soften the noodles. I also ordered coconut pudding and even though I have yet to try it, my mom said it was really good so I'm looking forward to it. Edit: I have now tried the coconut pudding and it was a generous portion. A nice refreshing and cold treat especially since we are now in the summer season. There is just a hint of coconut flavor though and shredded coconut flakes don't exist but it's still worth eating as a dessert or a snack. On both orders, I've ordered garlic green beans and it was the best tasting garlicky green beans I have ever tried. Overall, this place does serve good food but I'll probably skip the rice dishes and focus more on the noodle dishes and their sides.

The gentleman was so nice I almost hate to write this update but I think people should know that this is no longer the joy cup noodle mean that we knew and loved.

We were lucky to get in on a Wednesday evening. I hope they expand soon! We ordered so much food they had to move us to a bigger table. We tried the Curry Crab (of course), Thai style pork jowl, beef fried rice, salted egg chicken wings, and their milk tea and lemon iced tea with the cute bear ice. This place is so good, a little expensive, but worth every penny. My favorite was the curry crab and the salted egg chicken wings! I love their curry sauce and the naan bread. I typically dislike chicken wings at Asian restaurants like this but they really did their thing with the batter and sauce. The fried rice was a little plain but overall a nice balance to every meal. The sauce with their pork jowl was too good! I need the recipe.

Impressive presentation that served with sizzling sound, but the beef was too well done & on the tough side.
