When we hit an unexpected issue in the discovery of additional water damage in our home, they were able to think on their feet and help make the necessary changes to the plan. They were busy but always managed to find the time to accommodate our changing situation. The cherry on top was when Jose found an amazing flooring solution to an unexpected issue that we were struggling with in our kitchen. We were faced with the possibility of losing electrical connection for our kitchen island because of a botched job done by the previous contractor but Jose was able to take care of it and still safely install flooring. On the day of construction, Daniel (foreman) arrived prior to his crew and walked us through the timeline for our project, from tile and carpet removal, to leveling the floors, and each step along the way. Shortly thereafter, Daiel's crew arrived and they didn't waste a minute as they began working right away! Daniel's communication with us was amazing throughout the entire project- we couldn't have asked for anything better and the final work product was incredible.
